【お知らせ】当院長が日本消化器内視鏡学会の最高権威資格「FJGES（フェロー）」に認定されました

いつも大宮駅ささじま消化器内科・内視鏡クリニックをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、当院の院長・笹島圭太が、一般社団法人 日本消化器内視鏡学会において、従来の「社団評議員」に加え、同学会の最高権威資格である「FJGES（Fellow of JGES：日本消化器内視鏡学会フェロー）」に新たに認定されましたのでご報告いたします。

 「FJGES（学会フェロー）」認定の背景

日本消化器内視鏡学会フェロー（FJGES）は、豊富な臨床経験を持つエキスパートの中から、さらに「国際学会での発表」や「学術論文の発表」など、日本の消化器内視鏡学を国際的に広報し学会の認知向上に努めることがミッションとされております。このたび国際委員会で厳正に審議され、理事会の承認を経て認定されましたことを報告いたします。
当院長が積み重ねてきた学術研究と、日々の高度な臨床実績が公式に評価された証となります。

当ブログをお読み下さりありがとうございます。

国際学会の論文・国際学会の発表ともにほぼ全てが「早期大腸がん」に関するものでありました。自分の内視鏡医・消化器病医としての、最も多くの情熱を注いできたのが、「大腸腫瘍」であり、「早期大腸がん」であり「大腸内視鏡」でありました。

「大腸がん」は早期発見すれば、あるいは前駆病変である「大腸ポリープ」の状態で発見すれば、大半が根治可能ですから恐れる必要はありません。「大腸がん」の若年化および罹患数の増加は顕著で、35歳くらいから、何かしらキッカケがあれば勇気を持って、定期的に受けていただくことが、ご自分の大切な体を守るためにも必要なことだと思います。

しかしながら、大腸カメラ（大腸内視鏡）は、内視鏡医の技術格差が非常に大きいのが現実です。「血便」や「便潜血検査陽性」あるいは、初めての大腸カメラ検査の方におかれましては、「病変が発見され内視鏡治療になる」場合を想定して、内視鏡治療の経験豊富な施設での受診を推奨する次第です。

今後も一層、大腸内視鏡に比重を置いたエキスパートのみが行う内視鏡専門施設として特化し、皆様の健康増進に貢献していく所存ですので、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
